In 1995 the Senior Champion Producer was "Tee Vee Spruce", bred and owned by Graham and Catherine Vint. According to "The Jersey at Home, Summer 1996", "Spruce" was sired by "Lassies Butter King", a bull who did a particularly good job for Mr. & Mrs Vint across their herd with many show and production champions to his credit. "Spruces" dam was "Observers Design Blossom" a cow bought from Mr. Cresped in 1981 and bred by Mr. J Rondel. This family are particularly noted for their high fat and protein production".

In September 1995 I visited Graham and Catherine Vint at their farm accompanied by the editor of "Jerseybladet" Niels Damsgaard, who took a good deal of photos of their cows, while pasturing in one of the oldest orchards in the Island.

Next year when I returned to Jersey Graham and Catherine had moved their Tee Vee herd from Stonewall Farm to their new farm Longdown Dairy Farm just outside Southhampton in the UK.

In 2004 I was pleased to meet Graham and Catherine again.
